It is step 3. Cleanse first, use the enzyme scrub 2–3 times a week, then apply the toner to damp skin morning and night before your moisturizer. Press a few drops in with clean hands for the most hydrating finish, or use a cotton pad if you prefer the extra sweep.
What should I pair it with?
